AcademiC Coaching

Academic coaching is to accompany towards an objective of academic progress, success in an exam, motivation or even "learning to learn": to equip oneself with techniques, tools and methods useful throughout one's schooling, even one's life.

School coaching also helps to develop autonomy, self-confidence, and control of stress and anxiety.

For older children, coaching can be focused on discernment and assistance in choosing specialties in high school, and orientation for College and Universities.

After starting out in psychomotricity specialized in education, I put my know-how and my interpersonal skills at the service of teaching.

I taught for 20 years as a school teacher in various schools in different countries: France, Morocco and USA.

I have worked as a special education teacher with children with learning disorders: dyslexia, ADD/ADHD, hypersensitivity, impairment, poor memory... All this experience has allowed me to discover different teaching methods, various techniques, and multiple didactic approaches.

I have worked with young people whose learning profiles are very different from one to another, I have adapted, I have listened, sought, learned, understood.

I am constantly completing my training with personal training and self-formation through new advances in neuroscience, through conferences, seminars, readings, meetings, exchanges and introspection.

In addition, I am the mother of 5 children who are now young adults and teenagers. Through them, through their differences, I have progressed and learned a lot. I have also understood how essential the triangular relationship between parents, child and teacher is in the academic and personal progress of the student, that parents play a big role in the academic success of their child and that a good assistance can have a positive impact on the whole life of the family, and allows to find more harmonious relationships (family coaching).

Finally, after several family experiences of moving to different places and countries, I was able to see that it was essential to accompany children, teenagers and families in their schooling in order to ensure a smooth transition from one school system to another, to maintain a top academic level and to face the multiple traumas encountered.

With all these experiences, all this learning, I propose today to accompany each child, each student, each young person, in his personal needs, in his path, starting from where he is.
