Consulting

The purpose of educational consulting is to help an educational organization implement teaching and learning strategies or solve systemic problems.

After starting out in psychomotricity, graduate at Sorbonne University, Paris, specialized in education and early childhood I put my know-how at the service of teaching.

I taught 20 years as a teacher at schools in very varied institutions in France and internationally (Lebanon, Morocco, USA). These years have given me the chance to evolve in multicultural environments, to know different school systems in the world, their pedagogical and didactic approaches, their implementations, their strengths, their points of evolution, their impact on youth and society.

I have also worked as a special education teacher with children with learning disorders: dyslexia, ADD/ADHD, hypersensitivity, impairment, poor memory... All this experience has allowed me to discover different teaching methods, various techniques, and multiple didactic approaches.

With teachers, educators, volunteers, I am able to train, share my experiences, my discoveries, my techniques, my programs so that everyone can have the maximum tools in order to make their teaching the best for children.

The creation of an NGO in Morocco "Sable et Cahier" in the field of education allowed me to follow a guideline: observation and listening, then analysis and understanding, and finally creation and development. I deployed essential skills to the management of an educational project: teamwork, communication, planning and organization.

Having the will to keep up to date with modern teaching and learning strategies, I am constantly completing my training with personal training and self-formation through new advances in neuroscience, through conferences, seminars, readings, meetings, exchanges and introspection.

With this background, I propose to share my experience by ensuring:

  • training of teachers, educators or volunteers engaged with young people,

  • the writing or proofreading of studies or conceptual, strategic or pragmatic documents on themes related to education: general policy, integration, diversity, disability, inclusion, difference...

  • the conduct of projects related to education: building training, curriculum, conducting or supporting the creation of educational projects in countries with median or low incomes,

  • reviewer in education for products for children (0-17 years): website, application or any other educational product (games, books, manuals, videos, etc.).
